Year 2137, animals have so long disappeared that the younger generations do not even have a memory. While the reigning environmentalist dictatorship is trying to reintroduce a hen in the forest, the eco-citizens are formally banned on coming up to it. But Oscar, who illegally kept an ancient cookery book at his place, has a bee in his bonnet: eating it!

David Braun is a french producer and director based in Strasbourg. In 2008 he finished his audiovisual studies and worked for two years as a television director. In parallel he creates the collective of videographer La cité de la prod. In 2010 he set up the production company Alpaga Films (ex: Sous les pavés la prod). He is a director & producer of "European Electric Suicide Tour" a documentary aired on French television in 2012. He then devoted himself to the production of documentaries and short fiction films, some of which take him to Clermont Ferrand, Angers or Locarno. It is in 2017 that he returns behind the camera and realizes the short film "When the hens had teeth".
