Once a week, a group of strangers meet to talk about their addiction. Their good efforts to stay on the 'straight and narrow' path are challenged when Dennis accidently joins their group. All of them have to ask themselves a question, do they have their addiction under control?

Sascha Zimmermann 

Sascha was born in Bremerhaven in 1977. He studied Media Design for Film, TV and Sound in Hamburg, Germany and graduated in 2006. His main emphasis was in film theory, dramaturgy and montage theory. In 2006 he wrote and directed his first feature film SHUT. Sascha was nominated for the 20TH CENTURY FOX AWARD with his short 25 CENT (over 40 festivals). The film also won the several awards including the Audience Award at the CLIP AWARD 2009. In 2010 he co-wrote & directed the web series THE ULTIMATE SUPERHERO BLOG which was produced by OSCAR 2012 nominee Stefan Gieren. He also developed a feature film version of the SUPERHERO BLOG which premiered during the BERLINALE 2011. His short film PRO KOPF won several awards including "BEST HORROR/THRILLER FILM" at the COMIC-CON 2013, "BEST DRAMEDY" at the Snake Alley Festival of Film and the "SILVER PALM AWARD" at the Mexico Int. Film Festivals. In 2013 Sascha was nominated for the SHOCKING SHORTS AWARD with his short thriller THE BOX. In 2014 he won the “Special Award for Value & Human Rights” by Amnesty International also for THE BOX.
