"Part Five" is a short, movement-based film created during the Koumaria Artist Residency in Sellasia, Greece. The film was conceptualized, choreographed, shot, composed, and edited within the residency's two-week time frame. The theme of the 2016 Koumaria Residency was "Diasporas in Dialogue: Multiculturalism, Migration and the Improvisatory Imagination."

Nadav is a writer, dancer, and filmmaker based in Los Angeles. As a dancer, he was a solo performer and founding member of Ate9 Dance Company. His written pieces have been seen on the stages of Juilliard, Boston Conservatory, and Cornish College of the Arts. His film work has screened in festivals around the world, including Miami, Chicago, Boulder, Australia, Romania, Spain, and the UK. In 2015, Nadav was commissioned as a guest artist by the University of Maryland School of Performance Art. In 2016, he was selected as one of ten international artists to participate in the Koumaria Residency in Greece. His goal is to continue researching and observing life through story, dance, and film.
Part Five was an extraordinary film to make. It was inspired by the curators and artists of the Koumaria Artist Residency in the spirit of collaboration and interdisciplinary dialogue.
