I was captured by the intimacy and interrogation that the film grips you in. It was shot in a way that forces you as a view to be within the small house, The use of stop frame adds to the process of time which gives the feeling of decay this is emphasised by the imagery of the house that begs to be modernised. I enjoyed how they used the illustration of the creatures(flies and cows) as representation of others that occupy the small old house. This film is full of grace, as delicate as its subject (a fragile and touching young girl). The director managed to chronicle the daily life of this child and her parents in a very precise and sensitive way. We're on a fine line, between intimate and ecological matters. The camera is always at the right distance and the editing, very subtil and sharp, avoids the trap of a spectacular and pathetic narration.
